SUMMARY:Food Pantry
DESCRIPTION:The First United Methodist Church of Blairstown’s Food Pantry will be distributing food on Saturday\, April 2\, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for anyone living in our area to come and receive the nutritional support they need to feed their family. Our goal is to eradicate food insecurity in our community by providing food to people in need\, regardless of their situation. Food will be distributed in a drive-thru format with a custom order being provided for each family. To have an order prepared for you\, contact our church office. \nDonations of non-perishable food or personal care items may be left in the red bin outside the church’s kitchen entrance. Financial contributions may be sent to the church or through our Facebook donations. Thank you for your support!

SUMMARY:Lake Ministry Dedication Saturday
DESCRIPTION:Members from our church and other churches in our area have been working hard to envision a future for camping and retreat ministry in our area using a beautiful 17 acre property on Swartswood Lake. Over the past year\, the property has been cleated and prepared to host a number of events this summer. \nThis Saturday at 10a\, we will hold a worship service rededicate this property to the ministry and begin to envision what dreams God is sharing with us for this space. All are welcome and invited to join us. 1048 CR 521\, Newton\, NJ
