The First United Methodist Church of Blairstown is once again partnering with the people at Home Instead Senior Care to bring holiday joy to our area seniors and veterans. Home Instead Senior Care partners with local non-profit and community organizations to identify seniors who might not otherwise receive gifts this holiday season. People from our community then have the opportunity to adopt a senior and purchase the gift they have requested. You can learn more about the program below:
This year it’s even easier to be someone’s secret Santa! Home Instead has partnered with Amazon to create a virtual secret Santa tree and deliver your gifts directly to the recipient. Simply visit BeaSantatoaSenior.com and enter your zip code in the “Find a Tree” box. A number of light bulbs will appear with someone’s name. Click on the bulb to see what they are requesting. When you find the gift you wish to purchase, add it to your cart and proceed to the checkout on Amazon.com. **Please note, the address from the gift registry will appear in your list of “other” addresses. Be sure to select that address as the ship to address.
