Come recieve ashes, a sign of our sinfulness and human mortality as we enter the penitential season of Lent. Lent is time to reflect on those jagged parts of our hearts that need to be sanded down by God’s unwavering love, a time to turn away from the wrong path, a time to reflect on how we ought to be live during our short stay in this life.
