What is your idea of a good leader? What role models do you try to emulate when you are seeking to grow in your leadership. Oftentimes, people tend to gravitate to the all-star leaders when they seek to define these things, but when we do, we have the tendency to convince ourselves that we could never be a leader.
In the Book of Exodus, Moses plays the all-star. He is the one called by God to do the impossible by leading the Israelites out of Egypt. But most of you reading this probably haven’t encountered any burning bushes along the way, and so you may be wondering what impact you can make in the world. Enter Mirabel, a young girl in Disney’s Encanto with no particular gift that makes her stand out who ends up leading her family out of a difficult spot.
