We will be celebrating communion during the service every week. If you are joining us online, please have bread/crackers and juice/water

The church will be hosting our annual Haven of Hope picnic for a family with a sick child on Saturday, July 20 at 5:00, rain or shine. There is a sign up sheet for items needed on the fellowship hall bulletin board. Please have your items to the church by Saturday or contact Lauri. We are also looking for folks to attend and get to know the family and have some fun. The family has 3 adults and 3 children. You can reach out to Lauri Gill, 973-978-6482, for more information.

Our monthly Forest Manor service will take place on Sunday, July 21 at 2pm. We have missed a couple months due to conflicts but we are going back. If you would like to participate, please reach out to Pastor Pedro.

The United Methodist Men will be holding their meeting on Tuesday, July 23. This month’s meeting will be a work session for the yard sale. Please reach out to

United Women in Faith Yard Sale
|
|
The United Women in Faith have scheduled their annual yard sale at the church for Thursday, July 25 9a-5p, Friday, July 26 from 9a-5p and Saturday, July 27 from 9a-1p. If you have items you would like to donate, please put them aside until the week of and you can drop them off at the church. We will not accept large furniture
and electronics.

Yellow Frame Presbyterian Church is looking for a part time secretary. The position is for 10 hours a week at $25 per hour. The working hours are flexible. If you are interested, please contact Michael at 973-262-3152.

The food pantry has been very busy providing over 70 families with food and paper products this month. With feeding as many folks as we can, we are in need of some items. You can leave items in the shopping cart in the fellowship hall or in the cabinet outside the kitchen door. Thank you for your support of this much needed ministry.

Fall Craft and Vendor Fair
|
|
We will be hosting a craft and vendor fair on Saturday, September 28 from 10a-4p with set up from 7-10a. The cost is $35 for a 10X10 space, you provide your own tent and tables, there will be no electric available. We will also have food available for sale. There will be no rain date. If you are interested in signing up or know of someone, please reach out to Mike Tironi.

Do you like to bake bread? Do you want to volunteer for a Sunday Service?
We have a spot for you. We are looking for volunteers to prepare and clean up for communion. This would take place weekly beginning July 7.
We are also looking for readers and prayer leaders for the Sunday service and greeters to welcome members and guests before service.

Sunday School Update
Sunday School will take a break for the summer
and will resume on September 1st at 9:00am.
We have established the First UMC’s new Safe Sanctuaries Policy, an abuse-prevention policy. We have volunteers who have done the training and background checks. If you would like to have your children participate or you would like to volunteer, please reach out to Pastor Pedro.

Our adult enrichment program exploring the life of Jesus the Christ through the video series “The Chosen” by Dallas Jenkins will take a break for the summer and resume in the fall. Designed to enrich your personal relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Scripture, each session will be packed with meaningful guided discussions to help you deepen your understanding of the life and ministry of Jesus.
