Join us for Father’s Day!

Summer begins next week, and with it, the forecast is beginning to change. If you’ve spent any time in New Jersey, you know the three H’s well: Hazy, Hot, and Humid. And whenever those three H’s are in the forecast, you know what comes next … with a chance of afternoon or evening thunderstorms.
Thunderstorms are a fact of life, both literally and metaphorically. In the literal sense, they mostly cause a delay in the evening baseball games or picnics, but occasionally they can be severe and cause damage. Metaphorically, they represent the unpredictable, but somewhat expected interruptions to the regular flow of life that can be anywhere from inconvenient to anxiety inducing.
How do you handle these storms of life? Where is Jesus during these times? Is he part of the solution or just along for the ride? And what does any of this have to do with accepting the Grace of God in vain?
Join us as our community of faith gathers for worship online and in person this Sunday morning at 10 a.m. as we go sailing with Jesus when the forecast is Hot & Humid with a Chance of Storms.
